well, my breathing is still pretty shoddy!
My heart isn't as jumpy today though, but it's still doing it a bit.
Chris has just had a car crash on his way to a gig, nothing too serious, and not his car, and there's nothing I can do... so blah.
I have spent the day working and knitting and present wraping.

I must have told you this like three years ago (!) when it was first going on, as we were already stress buddies then ;) but I'll remind you that I had the weird heart stuff once to the point where I went to the doctor. They put a bunch of weird sensor things on me with tape and said I was in fact having a heart murmur, but it was of the type that isn't dangerous - and there are more of the non-dangerous types than the ones that will hurt you, especially if you are young and not overweight. So maybe go to the doc for peace of mind, but maybe not if it will freak you further.

think it has disolved into a chest infection. going to try and get to the docs by the end of the week
