The Loyal Friend
Others see you as sensible, cautious, careful & practical. They see you as clever, gifted, or talented, but modest. Not a person who makes friends too quickly or easily, but someone who's extremely loyal to friends you do make and who expects the same loyalty in return. Those who really get to know you realize it takes a lot to shake your trust in your friends, but equally that it takes you a long time to get over if that trust is ever broken.

Hi i dont' think you are bi polar Just you lack confidence in your own abilty, your achivments are amazing' you might burn the candel at the both ends sometime making things difficult to cope with as you are over tired.Then you beat yourself up because you are worn out. You have the abilty to pull the best out of people. You strive for the best for your students and suport them.

I dunno - I find it hard to sleep, or at least to go to sleep at night... once I'm asleep I'm usually OK....
