for those of you who have been readers of my blog for a while... you will realise that once I have good news I have to manage to wreck it all and feel like crap, usualyl for no reason to counteract it..

been a little while... just been so busy.
Off to the States for a few weeks on Tuesday - lots of shows lined up and general fun and frivolity!
Am still hovering around 13st... went swimming today though, getting on my bike in a minute too.
